Meet The Team
Michael Lauhoff
Lauhoff Building Services is led by Michael J. Lauhoff, RPA, FMA. Mr. Lauhoff has over 30 years experience in the healthcare, food and beverage, manufacturing and automotive industries.
Mr. Lauhoff teaches for BOMI International — an educational resource for top corporations, government agencies, property management firms, unions and trade associations. He is also a member of BOMA Metropolitan Detroit and a past president of Southeastern Michigan Society for Healthcare Engineering.

Walt Dindoffer
Walt Dindoffer is Director of Project Engineering and Energy Groups. In his 33 year career, Mr. Dindoffer has saved his clients over $88,000,000 in energy costs through management of industrial energy systems and projects implemented.
Mr. Dindoffer has performed over 500 energy efficiency improvement projects with an emphasis on manufacturing operations.
For 2014 Mr. Dindoffer has been awarded 5 awards from CONSUMERS ENERGY at its annual Trade Ally Awards.
